This also feeds into the walls which ideally blend better edge to edge rather than the more common CE walls that are squared off at the edges and when set next to each other at 30, 60 or 90 degrees tend to have poor intersection leaving odd edges and gaps where those walls meet.
Correct, 'Interior' walls are shorter (standard wall height) so that they do not poke up through ceiling pieces above them. The walls with higher tops are inspired by Sepermeru and the visuals of Ardashir in Age of Conan (and the real world counterparts in architecture)
