- Added 5 new Obelisks: Asylum of the Outsiders, Demesne of the Demon Spiders, Bastion of the Bat-demons, Volary of Jhil and The Haunted Wreck
- Moved Obelisks from Violet Isle to Ruins of X'chotl and from Witcheye lake to Tillerman's Watch as these were popular player building sites. Now most obelisks should fall in the range of vanilla no-build zones around dungeons / settlements
- Added an admin-spawned placeable version of the maproom sign

- reduced mesh detail of mapmarker buttons (should not be noticeable)
- changed how level mismatch is handled
