To clarify, what this mod does is restores the special dash combo the way it was.
What does that mean? Well.. let's backtrack a bit:

For those who weren't aware, the katana block special does not break your combo and can actually be used as part of a combo! Doing it on its own or after 1 or 2 attacks makes it very slightly stronger with each jump, however when using it as the finisher / 4th in the chain, it had a special effect of doing multiple rapid high damage hits along its path

So: 3 attacks (light or heavy) + holding block and doing the dash counts as a combo! And it will do massive damage compared to the regular dash.

This functionality has been removed with Chapter 2 and now the 4th attack dash does the same fairly small damage as all the other versions. This mod restores what it used to be like as described above.
