Description
This is the servermod for Xevyr's Mooserver.
While it's made for that specific server, it's still a standalone mod and you're welcome to use it - however, things can change at any time and the level of support will vary.

Here's a feature list just in case anyone's wondering:
  • Player DBNO system - clan members killed nearby are downed instead and can be pulled back up by interacting with them within a 30 second window (admin command to toggle: dc toggleplayerdbno. command to set timeout dc setpdbnotimer #)
  • Saddle illusion system (was tired of all the Defense saddles)
  • Target HUD UI that shows thralled stats on enemy NPCs
  • Interactable (lore, knowledge etc.) object highlighting with customizable color (dc moosettings)
  • Players can hand dragged thralls over to their followers by holding interact on them while dragging the rope
  • XP share between members of the same clan that are nearby, even if they didn't hit the npc (admin command to disable dc togglexpshare)
  • Vanilla-like HUD indicators for ping and server FPS
  • System to prevent thralls blocking you in your own doorways
  • Players can disable their own XP gain (useful if you play with others and want to farm without getting far ahead of them in levels for example) Console command: dc togglexp
  • Player command to pull nearby thralls to the surface ( dc surfacethralls)
  • Use dc moo to get a list of commands (if you're logged in as admin, you get the admin commands in addition)
  • Player command to debug your character dc debugchar
  • Admin command to reset your encumbrance in case you screwed up and pressed the button in the admin panel dc resetenc
  • Horse inventory increased to 15 so they're more on par with camels
  • Thrall cages have a higher chance to have prisoners in them
  • Max unrecruitable tavern guests reduced by half to avoid needless NPCs, slightly increased the amount of recruitable ones.
  • Slightly buffs greater jaguar and lynx pets.
  • Remote guild invite console command usable by players dc ginv playername
  • Temp fix for vanilla client crash related to crafting thralls (some still get through)
  • Fix for thrall pots and feed boxes as well as adds their old side-panel back with an updated design
  • Various vanilla bugfixes like dungeon delver journeys, dismemberment etc. (these will vary depending on the active bugs, for example just removed assign thrall journeys and fish trap fixes as they're supposedly fixed now by Funcom)
  • Potential other minor tweaks not listed here that may change depending on the state of the game.

Note: If you experience any image ghosting near interactable objects, you can fix that by doing a small tweak in your engine.ini
- Right-click the game in steam, select Manage -> Browse local files
- Go to ConanSanbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\ and open the Engine.ini with Notepad
- Add the line "r.CustomDepth.Order=0" under "[/script/engine.renderersettings]", if that section is missing, just add it at the bottom

I'm on PC and click the tilde key to get the console (just a single line at the bottom of the screen. I've also tried pressing the tilde key twice (pulls up the console with logs showing). Then type the command dc resetenc and click enter. Mod is definitely loaded, I have the green Ping and FPS on my hud, next to my compass. I did get some ghosting as well, but your fix to the engine.ini fixed that. Not sure what I'm doing wrong honestly.

It is an admin console command though, so make sure you actually log in as admin before using it and that you're typing it into the console and not the chat (lots of people want to type console commands into the chat for some reason..), you should get some feedback message if used correctly (also make sure the mod is definitely loaded, which you would see by the server FPS and ping indicators added to the vanilla HUD)

I added this mod to try to fix the over emcumbered issue I created myself by clicking it in the admin console. The dc resetenc command doesn't work for me. The mod is installed, but that command doesn't seem to work.

I absolutely did this like a fool "Admin command to reset your encumbrance in case you screwed up and pressed the button in the admin panel dc resetenc"

Is that safe to remove anytime from a server without complications?

It's been suggested before that I should make an "unofficial patch" :) Usually though when I fix them for this mod or even if I don't add them to the mod and just look into the issues, I send the discovery and the solution I'm doing to Funcom directly to make their jobs easier tracking stuff down.
A significant portion of the bugfix updates last year were made up of such things and I guess it's better for everyone since it gets fixed without having to use a mod. However if they ever stop updating the game and leave bugs in it, I might throw the ones I'm aware of at the time that haven't yet been fixed into a mod just for fixes.

I do have a discord server for my mods, so if you come across anything relevant you can post it there.
