There was a plan to add a separate setting for that, but I was short on time and way too much other stuff to do, but I'll probably add a setting for it in the future.
As a side-note though, the players damage numbers are much larger than the ones from the followers, so if you see small numbers, it's from them, if you see large ones, it's from you.
It's just more versatile this way, because it allows you to optionally not track all of your followers, but also allows you to track thralls following your other clan members, which previously wasn't possible. So now you can do a dungeon with a friend and track both them and their thrall.
The tracking also persists so you only have to do it once, not every time you want to take your thralls out.
