-Attempt at fixing the rapier weapons not being compatible with using the bazaar emotes.

-Fixed an issues where the rotation of the weapon was backwards while in male idle animation
-Fixed an issue where stamina costs were incorrect for Two-handed spears and hammers
-Fixed an issue where the heavy attacks from dual-wielding had incorrect stamina usage
-Added rotation attacks to anime

As you can see, no bugs were fixed, no changes were made and no new additions for the time being.
It sucks, I know.
But we do have a new super amazing programmer on the team who is looking into the mod. New structure, new ideas and a much needed cleanup! (More info will follow shortly!)
A lot of changes are on the way so sit tight!

In the meantime, we made sure that Beyond the Forge does not have any serious issues that would cause any harm to servers.
It is updated to the latest version of the game and is functional.

- Added at checkbox so admins can disable global damage multipliers. It is off by default, if you wish to use the feature you will need to enable it.
