im sorry soild snake i don't fully understand you need to elaborate is it this mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3039363313&searchtext=Akihabara where is it available or is it not available ? as a mod... also you should remove your comment for heaters, first its wrong second mod authors are for ppl that modify a game not make assets...those are 3d artists..

The cyan daedric spear appears to be missing strength/agility specialization, this might be the case with others as well.

To be honest, I never considered modders as the authors of assets since they took them somewhere themselves. From a legal point of view, all Skyrim and Conan mods are owned by companies, not mod creators, and mod creators don't even have the right to declare bans against them. this applies to all mods
