The_Isle_of_Tir-na-nOg

Description
This is the Spring version of the Isle of Tir-Na-nOg map.
There are 4 seasonal versions of this map and you can switch between them while keeping your builds and placeables.
Spring is the wet season, that is more precipitation, more rivers, and more spring-flowers

The Isle of Tir-Na-nOg is a total Conan Vanilla map rebuild:
- 2/3rd of the deserts turned into Savannah or even greener
- The atmospheric 'classical' (pre Conan 2.5) textures have been preserved
- The Nameless City is like an overgrown jungle city
- Map will suggest this land is an Island
- New areas: in the North East and in the South
- New Asagarth has neutral populace (like in Supermeru)
- mobs at noob river & desert are at jungle level (almost no RP servers play the lower 40 levels anymore)
- Now with moving boats (like the Riverboats mod)
- Designed to work with its sister project: the Underdark
- Map with 267 regions to support conquest scenarios included
- Sun and moon rise in the east
- Includes Meteors that drop Eldarium
- (admin spawned) ships as placeables
- Admins: at X-292390.0 Y218820.0 Z-24050.0 you can find a hall to set up races and classes like so many servers do nowaydays. Or you turn it into a small dungeon.
- the combination of Underdark and the Isle of Tir-na-nOg will about double the playable area


- If you want to see how the completed project looks: install Feary and Celtica as they are extensions of this mod.

@gruntsy the long distance boats are decoration only to give the map more life. the shorter distances ferry once that you have to activate with E do work last time I looked. The long distance ones used to work, but if people park their toons on it, it will cause data leaks, so server owners in the end asked to remove collission.

Unnaproved, west of R03 you left it with giant black walls that players can climb and build (and i was just starting to search for problems, because its common to ppl leave mods unfinished like this...), just horrible, you made alot of god things on the map, why do you let that this way ? :fcp_wolf:

mod sucks. boats dont work, tons of underwater stuff that shouldnt be there like torches, killing thralls crashes it, bad spawns, etc etc.

Just checking but are there any serious plans to fix things? Like the boats. Otherwise it feels like this great map will eventually become obsolete 🙁

the boats WERE rideable, but people parked their toons on it, and then they created data leaks
I lost my technical modder, as I would love to fix that, but I suck with coding the blueprints that are required.

I just downloaded your mod and I am enjoying it. Made me uninstall some of the mods that I've been using just to prevent conflict and make my gaming much stable with it. Thank you for such a great map!

Not sure if this was asked before and I also can't find any YT videos about it; Are the boats rideable? They don't have collisions and just want to confirm if I am missing a required mod for it or something is conflicting with it. Thanks again

Lian and Freya are a problem for me, as funcom made a lot of changes to the basemap to enable them, and I could only guess the majority of them. Sorry.

New Asgard, sorry that would require a separate mod. Since personal life got busy I am happy when I can just maintain these mods.

I think Lian is bugged... Whenever I attack him he just stands there... Ans whenever he is pushed form his spot he simply tries to walk back.

Also, is there a way to make New Asgard (and all of its outpost) hostile again? I dont like the neutral stance. It takes the edge off.

For the rest: The map is awsome! Very wel done! You deserve all the praise!

the north is untouched, and is still the toughest.
Everywhere else the level has been brought to jungle level.

Congratulations on creating a really beautiful map! A question: Is the level balancing on all of the map? Will the enemies in the North or in Sepermeru for example be much harder than in the vanilla?
