Update for recent DevKit/Conan Patch

Final fix for missing textures - hopefully! Acting both as a blessing and a curse, I've had to reinstall my PC and with that also a completely fresh instance of the DevKit. I believe a few of my materials had become "dirty" over multiple edits and mod testing, and as such now the missing texture for the Nordheim house and a few other doodads should now be corrected with this one.

I apologise for an update so soon after the previous one but hopefully now that should nail down all the remaining issues that I have been made aware of.

Major update to the operation of the mods Lands of Rebirth, Lands of Rebirth AoC Edition and The Darkwoods.

Stripped out all the map boundaries and other issues so this mod no longer edits the ConanSandbox.umap file. This is purely now an edit of the Heightmaps and Environmental Meshes and Materials.

This means that future FunCom updates shouldn't affect this mod at all as it is not interacting with any gameplay elements due to being purely a graphical overhaul.

What this DOES mean is you will now need to download my Expanded Map - Remove Curse Wall mod which will allow access to the outer reaches of the map. This also means that instead of me needing to update multiple large mods with small fixes that takes a LONG time, all I now need to do is edit the single Expanded Map mod which can be done easily on patch release days.

I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in the short term but going forward it will mean much quicker updates for only the files that are effected by FunCom patches in the future.

Hopefully no more issues should crop up on this mod going forward but please let me know if anything untoward appears.

"Fix" for zebra textures implemented - all materials for reported items has been returned to default SandStone texture so they may stand out until I overhaul the textures which sadly requires a good chunk of extra time.

Multiple texture and map fixes, Heralds of Strife branding removed, extra gameplay items specific for HoSRP server removed.

Fixed several texture issues on enviromental assets such as rocks and cliffs alongside several areas with floating vegetation, bugged stone resources and other overall cosmetic issues.

Cut back some of the bush, reduced foliage count, fixed several texture issues, filled in some holes in the ground, reintroduced meteor shower, reduced feat points per level after 60.
